I'm not even at ASA any more and Stan Knight isn't even a check airman any more, but I'm still too scared of him to dare call and complain.

Anyone who had him in the Sim for an E120 Type knows what I mean.

Try taking your CFI intial with him. You know that nice little smerk of a smile he has while he shows you that you know nothing?

Dear God...."Knightmare".....ooooohhh...I get a headache just thinking about it.
 
-Sometimes Brian and Scott get what they deserve-lately practically everyone who is legal for anything has been extended-I doubt that we are "where we need to be" as Scott says.


Actually the airline loves to run at this level. This is the sweet spot where you have maximum productivity of your crews (and maximum stress, but who cares right?) and you burn people out so fast they leave in a few years.

ASA has always run way understaffed. Why? It's cheaper to run your people ragged than hire more pilots.
