Big problem for me in Section 13.......Scheduling committee may not randomly review scheduling data for the purpose of checking for violations.
That is the only way we can stop the violations. This is appalling!

Just as the company cant randomly review the FDR for your screw ups! But it may be a fair trade.........
 
I'm just tired of people forming their opinions of this TA on public internet forums when all the details aren't even out. Pilots asking other pilots how all the new stuff works, it's the blind leading the blind!

Everybody should ask their questions in the correct forum (and it's definitely NOT Flightinfo). Save it for the roadshows.
 
I am saying to wait for the final language and the road shows before you make a decision, but I think that we need to still be operating SAFELY!! DO NOT LET UP until we have seen this deal and approve of it! No relief for the company until we have WHAT WE DESERVE!!!!:angryfire

I think it would be better to show management that we can turn it on and turn it off when needed.

Let's play nice for now then if the TA fails, and management stalls in negotiations, we'll see what happens.
