so you're going to take E170s...with no food service and no IFE... make people board from the ramp, in the rain and snow (rather than nice warm jetways) and somehow this is considered "competition" for Jetblue?

Hmm. Sounds like someone went to the US Airways school of management.
 
I read about this on the ALPA board. I did hear that the 170s will use jetways everywhere they go. Also heard from a CP that food service in first / snack in coach will be offered.

It's a good start.. maybe
