Section 3 – Compensation
2. Reserve Pilot
A reserve pilot will be paid and credited the greater of paragraphs 2.a. or 2.b.,below. A reserve pilot will be paid and credited, at the applicable rate of pay set forthin paragraph A., above, on a daily basis, the greater of the following:
(1) Flight pay hours calculated on a leg-by-leg basis, including any
additional pay credits set forth in paragraphs G.1, G.2., G.3., G.5. andG.7., below; or
(2) Duty Hour Credit
One (1) minute of credit for each two (2) minutes of duty time calculatedfor each duty period up to twelve (12) hours of duty, and then (1) minute of credit for each one (1) minute of duty time after twelve (12) hours ofduty. This provision applies to the pilots duty as defined in Section 2,based on the originally scheduled trip including, but not limited to CDO’sand BOTC’s. However, such provision does not apply to time spent intraining (not including OE); or(3) Minimum Day Credit
A reserve pilot will be paid and credited the greater of paragraphs (3)(a)
or (3)(b) below.(a) Three (3) hours and forty-five (45) minutes of credit for eachcalendar day of duty and/or calendar day away from domicile. Thisprovision will not apply to time spent in training (not including OE)and CDOs; or(b) Four (4) hours of credit for each ready reserve assignment.
If a reserve pilot flies more than seventy-five (75) hours of block time in a
month he will receive credit for such block time plus three (3) hours and forty-five (45) minutes of credit for each reserve day(s) for which he did not receive a flight assignment in the month.
The reserve day credit is the only credit that is affected by flown block.
Reserves are paid min day and duty rig credit.
