Okay, I am still learning the art of bidding. Specifically, bidding to maximize my vacation.
Question - Are LOFT/PC bids based on senority?
I actually got my second choice of schedules for the month. It was the perfect nap line that would give me (with my vac days) 15 days straight.
I also bid for my loft...hoping to have 1 or 2 more naps dropped. My LOFT was conviently placed right in the middle of that long stretch of days off.
Is that just the way the senority fell? Or was that hand placed to keep them from dropping another nap off my schedule? What are the chances of the LOFT dates I bid actually going senoir?
They also loaded me up on my integration day. But I guess that is fair game since it was an integration day.
Sad part = my original line was 37 hours. After my week of vacation, I am 30 hours + a LOFT. I guess the company is the one who really maximized my vacation time!!!!!
