What you talkin bout? Metro752 is an expert on airline staffing! I mean he has years and years of airline management experience and know exactly when to furlough and when to call back! I mean, look at all the successful airlines he's run! He would be an exceptional addition to the Skywest Inc management team

That's what happens when you gripe about open time and red arrows. Remember the airline's job is to move planes not necessarily make pilots happy. When they try to offer us more variety don't go and complain about inability to swap trips. In the current cost environment it appears to be one or the other...
