My experience with Air Wisconsin was that the pilot group, the contract, and a very active ALPA group made it a great place to work. Management was trying very hard to make it a miserable place to work.

Please tell me that is a photoshopped picture. If not, the AWAC management team needs a lesson in pride. That plane looks like it is sitting out in the desert rotting away. Certainly not in full public view carrying paying passengers.
 
its a real picture and it got even worse before they ended up getting it repainted. had a pax ask if a dinosaur took a sh!t on the plane.
