The CA that I "like" the most is the one that things that your opinion or any input you can give in during flight is worthless. The reason is because they have 15000 hours and you have only 2000h. You are just there to do the profiles. That's sad! And there are many.
For all of you CA. A good CA is the one the uses all of his resources... co-pilot, controller or wathever to make the most wise decission.
I have flown with CA that I had to called his attention 3 times to listen to me and correct a mistake. And you know why? Because he was too busy in his head trying to figure it all out by himself and he forgot to fly the airplane.
