Rez hit the nail on the head with his very first post. Go back and reread it while taking the emotion out of your equation.

Rez, you really must be an ALPA rep because you don't answer any questions - you're off on a tangent.

The question is... AT WHAT POINT DO YOU START HOLDING THE ALPA BOZOS RESPONSIBLE?

At what point do you start holding yourselves responsible? It is a two way street.

However, I counter with..... you can't hold the leadership accountable until the membership takes responsibility....

Look at the other thread about a Prater recall.... when asked the real nuts and bolts solutions the loud mouths have no idea what to do... all they are is a pack of rabid dogs who can't even bark together...

Better yet, AT WHAT POINT DOES ALPA BEGIN TO LISTEN TO ITS MEMBERSHIP? 10%, 20%, 80%, 100% only participation? Please do tell...

If you can get 20% of the membership organized, I'd say ALPA would have to start listening... it would be historic. Hopkins would have an entire chapter...
