First caravan was overloaded by 2000 pounds, UPS realized this and self-disclosed and there was a fed at the other end to bust the chick. Feds have wanted them shut down for a while so they just never renewed the paperwork for the company check airman and slowly shut down corpjet by having no legal pilots. Who knows really except whats left of corpjet.

Feds didnt bust me because I never did anything wrong.
I had a prop overspeed in April and the guys at Cutter got tired of the owner harrassing them and called the Feds, who put a red tag on the plane and said that noone would fly it.Their certificate was compromised by the Atlant FSDO which is still in litigation. I am a reponsible Captain and resent you making references to me as a " chick". That is sexist in nature and I will go to my POI with this info. Hope you can back up your crap

hey macky, calm down. being called a chick is harmless. its just guy talk. it isnt derogatory or anything. at least when we non-knuckle draggers say it

I can believe that. Stupid Caravans barely get out of their own way at gross, nevermind 2000 over that.

Don't like being called "chick"? What do you say to someone who drops the "B" or "C" bomb? Relax, you're looking at a long aviation career. It should be your reputation that precedes you, not the chip on your shoulder.

She supposedly called the feds herself when she got on the ground in PHX and had them ground the airplane. That was the end of CorpJet doing flights in their Caravans for UPS out of PHX. I had a prop overspeed and the plane was grounded by Cutter.Get your facts straight before you start dragging people through the mud. And the overloading incident was another fairy tale of yours, I complained to UPS because I thought the Libby drivers were lying in their manifest
Corpjet lost their certificate through the Atanta FSDO, about things going on in the East, it had NOTHING to do with PHX ops!

I apologize for anything off color that was said. Its just that not every day is one accused of flying 2000 over gross and call ing the feds, one could say that my temperature was peaking at that time. I just wanted to set the record straight, being accused of shutting down an operation that has its own ideas of what the rules should be is a whole differant ball game than being a whisle blower. As for the B Or C bomb, I have more than once been refered to by those derogatory terms and the way I see it, it is a reflection on the person who says them, not myself
 
At least no one made any "empty kitchen" quips. :nuts:
