Had mine on 7/2. The clock is ticking and I'm waiting patiently.

When they said 2-3 weeks, that's what they meant. I got an e-mail 17 days after the phone interview...

From what I heard they are constantly refining their application process. Patience is a must ....it will all work out in the end.

Which begs the question...why are they constantly refining the process? I haven't heard any buzz about problems with new candidates - have there been any?

Just hire me and all will be well;) .

Is an email good or bad? Or is it an email regardless of outcome?

The New-Hires are fantastic, and are going to fit in at NJA well.

The reason we are constantly redefining the process is that if we don't, someone else will. We can't afford to be second best at anything we do. This isn't a slam to our competitors, just pride in us.

The landscape has changed dramatically the last couple of months and my guess is the recruitment team at NJA is adjusting their game plan to it. Hey, with all the recent furloughs, BKs, etc they must be swamped in Columbus.

I'm patiently waiting after my phone interview a few weeks back. As Mom said, Good things come to those who wait...

Swamped is an understatement...

It resembles what the Legacy Carriers pilot recruitment departments must have looked like in the 90s.
