From what I heard they are constantly refining their application process. Patience is a must ....it will all work out in the end.
When they said 2-3 weeks, that's what they meant. I got an e-mail 17 days after the phone interview...

Which begs the question...why are they constantly refining the process? I haven't heard any buzz about problems with new candidates - have there been any?
Just hire me and all will be well.
The landscape has changed dramatically the last couple of months and my guess is the recruitment team at NJA is adjusting their game plan to it. Hey, with all the recent furloughs, BKs, etc they must be swamped in Columbus.
.
Don't have caller ID?
Yes, I got the email yesterday for the phone interview. Timeline so far has been, April 21- App accepted. July 10--requesting a phone interview in August--July 11--phone interview on August 20.
Now I guess I have to go to another website and get some idea of what to expect in the phone interview. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I am glad to have gotten this far, by the way.
Is an email good or bad? Or is it an email regardless of outcome?
Yes, Cake...enquiring minds want to know.CaKe --
How long ago did you go through ??
Send them back one of these letters that's been floating around this site.........
Dear NetJets,
Thank you for your letter dated October 1st. After careful consideration, I regret to inform you that I am unable to accept your refusal to offer me pilot employment with your company. This year I have been particularly fortunate in receiving an unusually large number of rejection letters. With such a varied and promising field of candidates, it is impossible for me to accept all refusals. Despite your outstanding qualifications and previous experience in rejecting applicants, I find that your rejection does not meet my needs at this time. Therefore, I will initiate employment with NetJets next Monday. I look forward to seeing you then.
Best of luck in rejecting future pilot candidates.
Sincerely,
