Got my Letter in the mail today. 15 days from interview.

Don't let that discourage you too much, I failed my first interview and 10 months later interviewed again, and got the job that time. During the second time, another pilot in the interview class just had to do the sim again (he had passed the HR portion). I had to do everything again though.... guess I passed nothing. The second time I interviewed was easier, since I knew exactly what to expect. Also, I didn't make the mistakes on the sim I did the first time. (Wasn't monitoring the PF because I was trying to figure out how the glass stuff works, got confuesd with the RMI needles on the glass cockpit side.)

Returning for another interview also says alot about how much you want to work at NetJets.
