Are there any real people in HR at FlightOptions, EJA or other Frac. I've sent resume, apps. with letters of recommendations, money etc. and can't get a response. No one answers their phones - does Eric or Lisa even really work there?

I can tell you that Eric IS alive. He changed his voice mail message two months ago.

Flight Options

I can tell you that Eric G. is thier and he of course is swamped with resumes, interviews, phone calls, etc. Your best course of action is to get someone at FO to walk your resume in and box Eric in a corner until he cracks. The second best thing you can do is show up at Flight Options with resume in hand, talk to Eric, talk to the Chief Pilot, TALK TO SOMEONE in person. It is a long shot but it will get you much much farther then just faxing your resume in.

My 2 cents worth....

Thanks, I really like the box Eric in the corner part! Now does anyone know if Linda at EJA likes lobster? Would Dan at CitationShares enjoy a new set of golf clubs?

I may not have been resourceful enough, but I have hand carried my apps to FO. Unfortunately, the guard-dogs (no insult intended) are at full red alert and did not allow me to talk to anyone, but drop off my resume with them. Of course, no reply, no confirmation, or any word at all.
Any other ideas?

I agree

I have to agree with Flydog, if you did not get past the front door then the only other thing you can do is get to know an FO pilot and get him/her to escort you. Funny thing is, Erics desk is only a few feet from the front door..... you could make a run for it! :)

How about a playboy bunny delivering a candygram with a resume in it????
