Kharma,

No threat. If your pilot group as a whole is like the 3% on this board I hope you push HARD for arbitration.

Gup

We would, but your 3% have said they will pull a, "USAPA" and not accept an arbitrators ruling if they don't like what it says. NICE!

KP,

Hell...I asked just once. What gets me is some of the delusional people who respond with the ALPA generated answers...want to talk crazy.

D

KP,

Like I said, they know all the azzholes on both sides! It's not a threat...everyone needs to tone it down a few notches. Quit highlighting yourselves! BTW, only a Kernal Lite, but I'll willing to promote myself to full Kernal if it means I don't take it too much in the azz when all is said and decided on!

KP...I like flying on AT! Y'all have taken care of me several times along with my family. I honestly have no animosity towards anyone over there. I would like anyone to truthfully acknowledge what's really going on with this acquisition and how it really affects everyone involved. What I see for me and my bros are just promises of everything will be great if you just shut-up and sing...and BTW you'll have great non-rev opportunities to Jamaica! Seriously dude...if you were in my shoes what would you think?

I know a guy hired AAI in 2000 about 3500tt, NO 121, NO military (the 500 121pic was a req then) NO degree and very little turbine PIC except a few hundred hours in a Caravan. He fudged his log books (He would log PIC when I was his CA). Real nice guy with the exception of his qualifications.

Gup,

Whether you're a moderator, pilot out on medical or ex-ALPA committee member...they probably know what you're saying. Kinda sucks to "not fly under the radar" and repeatedly lash out and "bite the hand" which may potentially feed you!

D

I agree. Its really a shame because I do think that despite what gets said on this forum, these are probably good guys. I would hate to be in their shoes, however, coming in basically as a new-hire on probation with no longevity. I would want to lay low in that case. I can't imagine being on probation with my mgmt already having so much knowledge about what I've said 'anonymously'.

Soon, PCL will come on to say that is illegal; that SWA can't force probation on them, or start their longevity at year one. In that case, I would ask that he first find anything that backs that up. Hint: There isn't!

Some people have to read it a few times to understand reality. You can try to refute it, if you want.

Bye Bye---General Lee

You are correct. However, enough is enough. You say the same thing over and over. Everybody is tired of it. Nobody listens anymore. You tried and tried to convince people of how you think. It is over. You are suppose to be a Delta Pilot. Act like it and stop. This goes for OYS also. I doubt if he is a real Delta Pilot. He shows F15 on his profile. I doubt he was a Military pilot the way he acts on this site.

I enjoy this site. I enjoy aviation debate, and I like to give my opinion. That isn't wrong. People can choose to ignore me, or can join in the fun and enjoy the debate. It's not supposed to be hurtful, rather entertainment and some enlightenment. Rumors are welcome too.

I have no idea whether that's legal or not. It's such a ridiculous idea, that I've never thought to ask an attorney about it.
