Check at Plymouth Airport, MA (PYM). Professional Airways is operating some Beechjets and hawkers. Not sure if he will hire low low time guys, but worth a shot. Beware of mgt there. Also check with Cape Air in HYA. They actually hire FOs for their C-402s. Also, for low timers, try Gulfstream down at FLL, scary stuff but they hire very low timers for the BE-1900. CFI jobs at North Central in RI (SFZ) and Providence (PVD). Good luck.
Cape Aerial Tours was looking a couple of weeks ago. They are based in Chatham and do sightsee and flight instruction. Not a bad job. I worked there for a couple of months. It is a seasonal position and you need your CFII for instruction. But just a CFI might be okay if they are hurting for someone. Watch out for the fog.
You could try applying with Piedmont Airlines as well. They have bases all over the NE. Dont know what their mins are though right now...also, mesa has a dash 8 base in the NE now as well
