If people would just stop whining and saving their money instead of doing their patriotic duty to go out and buy tons of stuff they can't afford and probably don't need in the first place, then all this recession blather would be a thing of the past.

Seriously, though, we could use a good war. It got things going again in '41 ...

Actually we need people to start spending money, that they can afford to spend, to get out of this recession... If everyone started saving all their money, it would put us in a deeper recession.

Oh course, I'm not saying go buy a house or car you can't afford. That would just add to the problem, obviously!

Nobody forced you to join up, chump. You do it for the paycheck, then come back home and give the stinkeye to civilians because they don't know how good they got it. Right?

If you don't like being treated like a tool, quit re-upping.
