I just got called for an AirTran interview on Thursday. Stupid me, I hadn't checked my voicemail for a couple of days (today is Saturday), so the message had been sitting there on my phone and interviews are next week. Anyway, I submitted my resume at the OBAP conference in Aug (no, I'm not African-American or any other minority or a woman). I have about 3000 countable military hours (about 3700 total military) and about 1100 countable PIC hours. I've also got the B-737 type rating. I have no idea if they care about that. Also, I know no one at AirTran.
I'm pretty psyched. This will be my first interview. With so little time to prep, I don't have a lot of expectations. However, you never know, I might get the job and it sounds like it would be a great place to work.
