Just found out tonight that the paint schedule at PDT has been suspended indefinitely. Maybe, possible starting toward the end of the year.

Just another sign.

Are you kidding me? You want to talk about a slipping paint schedule, have a look at what most of our fleet looks like. The blue sticker's just a stiff breeze away from revealing the US Airways flag underneath!

That's been the paint job for going on five years now. (Of course, the peeling blue makes it match the US 737's, so at least it's not out of place!)

You would have thought the planes that were going through heavy checks would have already been painted. Considering the down time to do the check. Oh well!

One more quick observation:

How come PDT doesn't get to put the Heritage sticker by the passenger door? Even the contract carriers have them. All US Air and America West a/c have them on their old and new paint schemes, so how come we don't? Aren't we part of the US Airways heritage?

Those only come with the new Paint Jobs on the express side! Anyone know when PSA is suppose to Paint there Aircraft? Misery loves company!
