I was very angry and slightly over served that night. But I still think that the SkyWest pilots who voted no need to be punished by the rest of the industry. At least some of you get it.

when has this "pattern baragining" worked out at a regional?

Well, since you asked, it's worked out very well for you guys at Skywest. The only reason that you guys have the pay that you do is because management is giving you what the ALPA regionals have negotiated using pattern bargaining. Management wants to keep you from unionizing, so they give you the higher end (for now, anyway) of what the unionized pilots have negotiated. If it weren't for unionized regionals using pattern bargaining to achieve better pay and work rules, you guys would be paid a fraction of what you currently make.
