O2 mask needs to seal?
That's why we can't have them at work- but the jump?

A jumpseater is, by law, a working crew member. So, the mask must seal for them, too.

Depends on the airline, I suppose. I can't speak for any other airline, but Southwest's cockpit JS dress code says no beards. On the other hand, I did't know that Jetblue allowed pilots to have beards. I've only seen beards on pilots from European airlines.

Bubba

No beards on Delta j/s either

At Horizon a tie is not required!
Sweater and nice Jeans is acceptable...but feel free to wear your tux!!!

You might want to recheck your FOM. There are Captains who require proper attire as dictated by your regs.
