I like it too.. could be MYF

Nope its PDX, with many more like it.

AMF 1926 gave me 2 months to photograph the sunrise most every morning. My focus will soon be Be99s and SLC. I hope it is as photographic as PDX.

Probably is. the mountains just east of the field should lend themselves to some very nice pics.

Heres one for the metro pilots

Heres one for the Metro pilots so they dont feel left out.

Unfortunately I do not have anything good of the Be99......yet. I can't really post any decent images here as the format is designed to hold a logo or something not really photographs. Maybe I will post on airliner.net.

I wish you all an early Happy New Year. I will be tipping a few back tonight in celebration of the new year and more so the end of peak.

Refuge post up on airliners.net! those def look like pics worthy of background material. plus you don't get many shots of our planes where you can't tell how filthy they are hahah

This had to be your first time through peak. Don't stay P.O.ed about it. And no your ACP did not do that to you because he was looking for cheap thrills, I agree with Toob on that one. Just be glad it is over...for a while.
Have a drink and relax.

It is, as long as your favorite color isn't green. :)

Its been a while since I have been to Utah, but I remember it being very very white, and it snows a lot there also.

Looking at the runs, with the exception of Jackson, I can't see anything out of SLC that would be as photographic as Rosebug, or any coastal run, unless Idaho Falls is a lot more picturesque from the air than the ground.

I will miss Mt Hood, something about having a volcano in your backyard is a real bonus for a photographer.

Some cool pictures I can imagine taking in SLC though is me with a turbine powered yoke in my hand, and hopefully me enjoying my 3 day weekend. How many people do I have to drag with me for that to happen?

Idaho Falls is not picturesque from the air! So you can save the batteries in your camera.
