Asked MM about it this week, he said there was not going to be a change. Its just a rumor.

Heard it was going to a 5 on 2 off schedule. That's why they postpone the class date.....that is if they're going to even have it now. We shall see.

sounds like 8 days every four weeks, what is the present time off?

The current schedule is a combination of 10/4, 9/5 and 11/3 during certain months for a total of 110 days off a yr. If we were to go to a 5/2 schedule we would lose a few days unless they gave us a couple back at some point in the yr. The biggest problem with a 5/2 schedule is that we have alot of pilots that commute from home to their base.

Looks like the schedule will be weekends off, is that right?

vibe is that there will be a mass exit. anyone know if the contract will be void?

Mass exit...? which mass exit? to go where? Are Oil prices going down? Are Legacy carriers hiring again at full and steady pace? Is the federal reserve lowering the rates? Is aviation booming again? Has this happened overnight or didI miss something during my days off?
Maybe the new schedule will help me keep in touch with the real world!!!
