Just to clarify...
If you do the SAME thing, every time, no matter the circumstance...You will keep your "nose clean" so to speak.
Just follow the guidelines of the FOM/MEL/FAR's and it doesn't matter if you are in Bankruptcy, Negotiations, have the Feds crawling all over you, or WHATEVER.
Your actions will be defensible. Always.
