Someone told me that the new AA paint job isn't going to last. They say Parker already has a new one in mind.

Probably the US Airways flag with "American" on the side, and he'll keep the callsign "Cactus" just to add a bit more confusion!

I hope not. I've been already working on the correct pronunciation of "'Murkin". :D

I think the Paint is going to be changed again. Parker says he doesn't care for it. So look for something different soon.

I'm thinking a light grey on the belly, and a really dark blue top to guarantee maximum cabin temperature in the sun. And make sure it's done with paint that chips and peels in a matter of weeks, exposing big chunks of aluminum and every rivet on the plane...

:D

Stupid comment. Airbus is opening a manufacturing plant in Alabama to handle Airbus orders in this country. American jobs! And do you really think Boeing doesn't fly foreign metal? I've heard that Airbus uses more American suppliers for it's A320 fleet than Boeing does for the 787.

There's nothing wrong with the A319/320, the only thing looking weird is the color scheme/livery.

I see what you did! You applied common sense and rational logic here on FI! Didn't you read the TOS? This is punishable by hanging! To the gallows I say ...!
