I had to jumpseat on Delta a few weeks ago. I went to the cockpit and waited my turn to talk to the Captain. He took my badge and dropped it on the pedestal while he signed some paperwork. He didn't really look at it and said "I see you're a real person and not one of those Eeaagggle people." I said, "Actually, I am one of those Eagle people. Will that be a problem?" He just got all flustered and said "Welcome aboard, go take your seat." The gate agent who was standing there said "And she's a real person, too." I thought that was great.

I laughed all the way to Dallas. And I LOVE telling that story.
