IMHO, they've given enough concessions already. Banmiller and his Polar henchmen won't be happy until they annihilate the contract, disintegrate the pension and walk away with a hefty bonus promised to them if they succeed.

Unless he means the fact that our MEC can ratify any contract changes without putting it to a vote. I hope that the MEC now understands that would be against what the group wants....big time!
