It's called 1113c, I believe, and it's not looking pretty.

IMHO, they've given enough concessions already. Banmiller and his Polar henchmen won't be happy until they annihilate the contract, disintegrate the pension and walk away with a hefty bonus promised to them if they succeed.

Unless he means the fact that our MEC can ratify any contract changes without putting it to a vote. I hope that the MEC now understands that would be against what the group wants....big time!

English was saying that the judge could make membership ratification a moot point.
