Be Yourself. Don't be too uptight, smile and relax. Have some 'there I was' stories (or "tell me about a time when...") saved up.

Unfortunately I know no one who works there. Does this play a major role like some other companies?

No. I knew no one. They are looking for future captains. I think aviation interviews or something like that had the gouge right on. They are focused on safety, following the FARs and company policy, and good decision making.

Yep, a LOT of people are indeed voting with their feet here as of late! Seems only half of the new-hires actually show up for the indoc when the time comes. What a sad state of affairs :(

Congrats on getting on with Allegiant!

I remember I was really hoping to get called by comair from 2001-2003. I was a CFI and a beech 1900 FO during that time frame. My friend walked in my resume and still no luck. . I had 2 walk in's actually. He said the average new hire had like 5000 hours, and the only low time guys were academy guys from SFB.

For those of us who HAVE to commute:

Crash pad info in LAS? Cost, proximity to the airport.

Reserve life? Do you get jacked around often or is it fairly reasonable?

How long to hold a line? Of course, I'm sure that this changes monthly?

Muchos Gracias...
