If you know what the pay is like and the workload there dx can be under at times it becomes quite obvious why the have frequent openings.

G4 dx starts at 35,500/yr and ni defined pay structure only merit based. So what you start at might be as high as it gets.

Know someone who got hired there in this round. The defined payscale is in place and is also tired based on company profits, so if G4 does well, the dispatchers will make more.
