Around 8PM last night, an AirTran tug decided to take a detour under the wing of one of our CRJ's. It happend on ramp 4 at the spine. The police said the driver wasn't severely injured. It was a very strange sight to see a tug layed on it's side, pushing up the left wing of the aircraft. That's gotta be expensive!!

He was hurrying a big box of O2 canisters to the next flight.

We were the 70 seater holding short of the spine and saw the whole thing happened. The guy got up right away, and all the traffic just kept on passing by as though nothing had happened!!! Other tugs, buses etc were just driving around the accident. We called Ron in the ramp tower and I assume he is the one that got the medical people out there. Anyone know any more news on this?
