I hope you are right, I think that any SWA presence in the ATL would have a very negative impact on FL. Somehow with SWA, a small footprint quickly turns into a boot in your axx, to quote the great Toby Keith.
There's only so much you can do with a few gates in someone's hub, kind of like having airTran in MEM or MSP. We do well, but the main carrier there is doing just fine.
I agree, however, that you'd never want to underestimate the elephant in the room... lest he take said boot and decide to squish you.
