It'll be interesting again too if UAUA starts hiring again to see if their interview process improves from what it used to be-- an outright interrogation. Of all the airlines I interviewed with, they were the worst... I wouldn't doubt that 32LT10 was my interview Captain, he was totally unprofessional, although I expected that sort of interview before I arrived there in January of 2001. The captains I saw there couldn't stop patting themselves on their shoulders for the raise in pay and benefits they negotiated from UAL-- to me, it sounded like the largest bag of gload-crap I've ever heard. The subsequent interviews at AA and Jetblue were soooo much more humane. If you ask me, they got what was coming to them, ignorant, greedy bastarges. For the ones that remain there, would you kindly stop dragging down the industry? It was your pay for nothing fares and givebacks for 3 years in Bankruptcy that weakened this industry further-- not the low cost carriers...
