I havn't found the best pic for my avatar yet...i have seen some nice ones, but not one that just stands out to me yet...soon grasshopper, soon. Also, i do spend a majority of my time on the Majors, but i still like Airnet, and i can't forget my roots...it's just sad to see that things will NEVER change there.

What?? I never agreed to that!! I'm on Starchkr's side. Afterall, I may need a recommendation in the future at Frontier. Hint, hint, brown nose etc. What up Starchkr?? How is training going?? I just realized, besides the actual ATP written and checkride, (which I can take at anytime now) I have the requirements for Frontier. Ohh well, I'm happy where I am at. Maybe in a few years. By then, maybe you'll be Captain and we can take Flip to Mexico together. Enjoy the extra leg room and that nifty tray for your laptop, magazines, WHOOPS, I mean Frontier issued reading material. See ya around DIA!!

Reading materials....I thought they told me it was for the flight atten....oh wait, i shouldn't go there. just kidding....besides, you probably wouldn't know what i was talking about anyway.;)

As far as a rec...well, i don't have one for the next 11 months...gotta get through that infamous probationary period first. Training is going well, finished the FTD's yesterday and will be going to the sim starting tomorrow...although my partner and i got stuck with the United sims due to the fact that Simuflite has theirs backed up with the rest of our class and upgrades. Should be fun though...A LOT more things to do than flying freight, more callouts, and procedures that do not make much sense to me yet (soon hopefully). As far as the room...OH YEAH!!! No more neck aches, no more butt aches (from the seats, and get your minds out of the gutter), and seats that actually are easy on the back (they ALL recline!!).

i know it's too little too late, but spoke with wife who works customer service with airnet. She said if it ships on airnet flights it's all up to dispatch and if they have room on airnet flights. If there are no system flights and it goes on the airlines then they have the 1 pound rule outlined by the TSA for first time customers. I hope that clears anything up, even though we couldn't help out.

Wow, it sure is nice to see just how much LOVE there is for the STarcheckers on this forum. Especially from someone who has our flagship lear for his avatar and is still able to rip the company a new one. Way to go folks.

And as my esteemed colleagues have said, the TSA has got us by the short and curlies and is making life more difficult than it needs to be for us.

Flagship huh?? That paint isn't bad (i still think the old paint job was better), but you can't help but laugh when you look at the JR "Flagship" paint...now that's bad! And yes, i can still rip them a new one...I spent many years there, and things apparently have not changed...ok, so i have only been gone for a month now, but still...I did it while i was there for some dumb things they did, so why can't i do it now for the same dumb things?

And as far as the TSA and the loading on their a/c goes, they could have put it on the planes, no doubt about that, it sounds like another customer service agent who has absolutely no clue as to what is really going on...and i know all starcheckers have run into that before! From my recollection, those a/c on the routes that the piece would have taken were NEVER "full" enough to bump an a/c part...unless you were shipping a flap or something of size like that.
