$1500 for a new hire WITHOUT 135 ifr mins.
$3000 for a new hire WITH 135 ifr mins.
$5000 for upgrade to jet sic.
$5000 for upgrade to jet pic.

all dependant on a 1 year contract. all require payback of bonus AND training cost if pilot opts out of contract.

Hmm, never would have seen anything even resembling this under the Bigglesworth regime. How is it working out? Any improvements to pilot morale? When I left in Sept. 06, morale was dismal at best.
 
the program was just put into effect last week. right now pilot morale is at an all time low. guys are leaving like it's a party and the cops just rolled up. as to what this program will do, who knows. upgrades to jet sic are about 9-12 months right now, and about the same for jet pic.
