I have to tell you, I am supremely grateful for the great company for which I fly. However, what our crew did is not unlike thousands of crews around our miserable industry. We aren't the first and we will not be the last to deliver a stellar product to the traveling public. We've got some great folks, but so does every other airline - even Mesa.
