To high. 198,000 for a 10 year DA-2000 captain. He had a hard time with that. Great for you guys.

I know this is going to sound confusing, but the Falcon 2000EX EASy, is one of our "class 4" pay airplanes. Class 4 and 5 airplanes are years in seat, not years of service as class 1, 2, and 3 are. So, a 10 year 2000EX captain is really 18 to 20 years with the company. Still a good deal for us in the long run, but not as good as you thought!

So NJF - if a person is a Citation 10 Capt for umpteen years and then goes to the F-2000 his pay starts back at Yr 1 in Class 4? Sounds kinda trippy....

Baja.

A 10 year citation X Captain makes 106,000 base. A 1st yr Falcon 2000EX EASy captain makes 120,000 base. (These are 7 and 7 schedule numbers) Anybody around 13 years with the company in a class 3 airplane still gets a pay raise bidding class 4. Confusing enough? We live, eat, and breathe this new contract and we're still trying to figure it out......
