I work for a small charter company in the Chicago land area. We are looking to expand our fleet anyone have any good tips in finding aircraft that want to go onto charter. On the east coast or midwest

Sure pay for a good marketing and management team.

Management companies all want the big iron and flashy buildings but that all cost money and who ever said saftey first in flying is misguided.

Money will always be first.
