Freakin media all over this. Air Midwest CLT to Greenville. Crashed into Us Airways hangar on T/O.

Anyone got a link? More info

saying flt #5491. Is that Mesa? B-1900..

Well, the story is already the ripe old age of 15 minutes, but here's what some media midgets have come up with already:

40 on board

19 on board

stuck throttles?

brake failure?

aborted takeoff and pilot unable to "hold short"?

plane did a loop then went in nose first

runway incursion

commuter airline pilots have less experience

some passengers possibly injured

former NTSB chairman Hall is on FOX trying to keep this idiot from straying.

Here we go again y'all.

Prayers for those on board.

CLT media are reporting Flt. #5481. The live video on the local news shows only charred ground and charred corner of the mx. building . . . no a/c remains. News is also reporting 19 pax, 2 crew, no survivors.
A passerby reported seeing the a/c doing a "complete loop," leveling out momentarily, then nose pitched down abruptly and crashed upside-down.
Some media reporting it was a 1900, others say it was a DHC-8.
God bless them.
