Lufthansa down in YYZ

Wondering if anyone has any additional info on the Lufthansa jet that just skidded off of the runway in Toronto and burst into flames? The new report says that it was supposedly a 737 with 200 pax on board. I'm watching this on CNN right now and visibility isn't that great. Has anyone heard anything else?

Skidded of runway into a ravine. TUNE TO CNN Now! Live video and you can see this big fire from the aircraft.

Fox news is saying it's Air France. 200 people on board..can't be a 737.

Lots..
I hope the pax/crew got out before the news crews got there..... From the pictures, it doesn't look like much is left of the fuse, but it was a pretty bad feed.... Press conference at 1700 EST.......

AP: AIR FRANCE A340 Jetliner from France to Toronto..

On its approach just before landing it hit major turbulence and may have hit the runway and skid off into a ravine.

MSNBC is saying there are reports of survivors walking away from the crash. Good news.

The eerie thing about this, is that today is the anniversary of the 1985 Delta L-1011 crash in DFW. Close to the same scenario with the thunderstorms and windshear. Kind of ironic.
