Is it just me, or has anyone else noticed the apparent abundance of NJ aircraft simply being "parked" at various airports?
There are two or three at my home base, and it's quite obvious since they are well away from the FBO AND...the kicker...they have the ENGINE COVERS INSTALLED!
How much of the fleet has been parked?

Is that what you wanna hear?....
its not broke as in money....it's broke as in mechanicly. I've had a few things on a plane break that management thought in their perfect expert wisdom were perfectly normal.
It's not a suprise why the economy and aviation is the way it is. We have people running companies and financial institutions that somewhat lack a certain level of intelligence.
you know, you're not half dumb sometimes
lol
broke, you're my boy
well thanks for showing up and saving the day.
IF he flew the Concorde he's not necessarily THAT old. A friend of mine has flown with a bunch of retired Concorde drivers at EasyJet in the UK within the last couple of years. Said it was some of the most relaxed, yet professional dudes he ever flew with. Guess they've got nothing to prove.Broke, did you really fly the concorde? If so, how old are you?

Must be nice to collect BA retirement on top of EZ captain pay .
Yes, Braniff crews flew the Concorde. BA crew would cross the pond to IAD(I think) and a Braniff crew would take the plane on to Dallas. The US leg had to be flown subsonic though.:bawling:
Hey Broke, did you ever get to fly the Concorde supersonic?
anyone else think its kinda crappy to take a week vacation in MVY while the country is in shambles?
maybe AT LEAST do some ground breaking legislature, then go take a break.
I voted for Obama and I feel like a kid who just found out Santa isnt real.
