I bet you A-HOLES will ask for separate checks......

"Dinner attire is black uniform slacks, white socks, black shoes, and members only jackets. No exceptions"..............This must be a typo as I'm sure you want them to put on a shirt....please.

we could ask...but senility may interfere with their best-laid plans..

Heyas,

Too bad there isn't a way to inform all of their ex-spouses. I'm sure they'd like a cut of the new found wealth.

Oh, did the age change? Thanks for pointing that out Undaunted Azzhat. Let us know how your lawsuit turns out, you know the one you've no doubt filed trying to get your position back.

Some are interested in getting their jobs back through the law suits, but there is just as much interest in getting a large settlement from ALPA/APA for their obvious actions to prevent this change. Such action on a union's part is against the law. Clearly these pilot's unions did this and will very likely have to pay very large settlements to a very large number of former pilots. I guess that will come out of the dues of the membership for their union's misdeeds.

In any event I really don't care who pays, but I do expect that those who advocated discrimination will have to be responsible for their actions. That's why I am in favor of no retirement age. Fly until you can not pass the medical or you just want to quit.

the law was quite clear that it's not retroactive.

exactly what leg do you plan to stand on with regards to a lawsuit (your flacid "third leg" is not an option).

what would your response have been if you were in our shoes? judging from your arrogant nature, you would have been livid.

the law is the law, and I respect that. congratulations. But please take your gloating to the AARP website.

Good day.

Ok, I'll go back to my original comment:

Go ******************** yourself Undaunted.

Good luck with your lawsuits and good luck getting any money from ALPA. Let us know how the lawsuits go when you try to change the law to 70. I hope you spend all the money you have filing lawsuits until you croak. Oh, thats right, you had to retire after 30+ years at United and now you are on welfare. I'm sure those public assistance attorneys are doing a bang up job for you, APAAD and NAMBLA.

You are one of only two guys I am happy missed the deadline. You have no shame, no honor, and no class.

Enjoy your ill gotten rewards with the rest of your greedy, despicable doouchebag buddies.

Good day.

ALPA continued to say it was a safety issue after having failed to convince the FAA at the ARC hearings and having signed multiple contracts for different Canadian pilot groups to fly to age 65. So clearly that was a lie based on discrimination as a union. ALPA managed to get Transportation and Infrastructure Chairman Oberstar, whom they have given more money than any other congressman over the years, to put in protective language denying pilots Due Process or the right to go to court; the language also violated the Constitution in several other areas and ALPA President John Prater brags about it. That will come back to haunt him and ALPA. This all shows where ALPA has put their money and lost; I expect they will lose even more over the outcome of this issue too. Labor unions are supposed to help protect the people they represent; all members, not just the junior "get out of my seat crowd." We will see how profitable it is to violate the law and work at taking away peoples constitutional rights. The cost for ALPA doing business in Washington is going to go up, because they have not dealt fairly with the older pilots they were supposed to represent. ALPA is looking less credible all the time. The price may very well be punitive damages for their misdeeds.

These dirtbags will never be satisfied.

But at least Undaunted Flyer will never fly again, which is nice.

Go for it UF! I wish you luck.

You won't see a thin dime...we'll shutter ALPA before that happens, and we'll all be better off.

ALPA needed to represent the majority, no one else. That's where they got in trouble.

Your efforts will also be useful in showing the broader population what you boomers intend for SS as well.

So, I say go for it! I knew you were going to pull this crap.

You two azzhats just come back on here to rub it in? What a couple of losers. Yeah, both of you.

Months of nothing, then bam, someone turns the light on in the kitchen (age changes) and you come out like a cockroach tooting your horn and threatening legal action against ALPA.

Good for you. You demonstrate every time your greed, lack of shame and lack of character.

Enjoy your Pitts with your spoiled little son, whom I'm sure you can get hired at United and maybe he can support you if he ever is able to upgrade after all of your old dbag buddies finally die in a cockpit seat.

Adios.

Thank you. Sounds like a great party that I missed.

Good luck with that lawsuit. Right after the EAL guys, the TWA guys, the US guys, and all of the other people who are or have sued ALPA, I'm sure you'll get yours.

I encourage you to use all of your food stamps toward the cause. In the meantime, when you're flying your stable of GA airplanes, watch out for wake turbulence. Those of us who are airline pilots would hate to see you hurt yourself.

What’s going on over at ALPA regarding Age 65?

Over at APA, there is quite an uproar from the junior half of the membership. Looks like there could be some big changes coming in F/O percentages of CA’s pay and over 12 year F/O pay to combat the stagnation problem that Age 65 will exacerbate over AA. A few resolutions coming down in the next couple of weeks.

We are still looking at having anyone over 60 flying from the right seat but the older guys will probably put up a tough legal challenge. Buyouts of an over 60 pilot will also be a consideration.

Lots of pissed off pilots and a divided membership. Thanks to the older guys solving management’s manning problems for the next five years. Management is laughing their hind ends off at us. What a way to go into the most important Section 6 since deregulation.
