They do not have work visas yet...apparently the Japanese are looking the other way when our crews arrive on tourist visas. All of our crews are currently commuting.

Funny that even the crews that ANA contracts with are given contracts with commuting allowances...makes you go hmmmm.

Yeah, they worked it out. It's 1st year pay. (~$29k)
