If we vote this thing in on Feb 8th, voting away our profit sharing, what are the odds that the company will try not to give us the prifit sharing from 2012?

I was told that it's at "scheduler's discretion." Long-call should be a priority in the JCBA. But that's for junior people, and we know what value they have.
