AA 777 uncommanded engine rollback @ LAX (is this a BA 777 repeat?)

I heard that an AA 777 had one of it's two engines go to flight idle without being commanded while on approach into LAX last Friday. Is this a repeat of the BA 777?

It also happened twice at AA in the summer of 2004. Once over the atlantic in May, another one on departure from Heathrow in July of the same year...
