Doesn't surprise me. They got what they deserved then.

It does not even work this way, guys get your stuff straight before you post. PSA does not recommend for the sim. If anything they recommend for the oral... they do ORAL followed by SIM. Indoc and systems dont mean you are getting recommend for the SIM. It'd be the oral.... Get your stuff straight before spreading rumors.

Actually, you could be fired (not recommended) at any point in ground school if the company feels you are not going to make it through, or are performing at a level below that required to pass in the end.

The above reg is for an FAA written exam. The feds could care less if someone was busted and fired for cheating on some regional systems exam.

That's a negative, Sir. The OPS SPEC's are based on FAR's such as this, among a bunch of others. I doubt the FAA would ever get involved unless a representative of the FAA was present in the class room (audit) and someone was caught cheating.

Review:

(1) Applying for any certificate, rating, or authorization issued under this chapter; and

(2) Applying for and taking any test under this chapter.

A pilot getting a 135 or 121 written, oral or practical test is covered by Part 61.37 as all these reg's are covered by Chapter 14 of the CFR's. A F/O is getting an authorization or maybe even a rating if getting a SIC type-rating.
