The collective hiring practices of the People Dept across all work groups. They are so intuitive that it's unbelievable. Very, very few tools here. It's just an unbelievable screening process at SW. Has nothing to do with the type as you tried to steer the conversation that way. Sorry.

There was a time when being an airline pilot was known for having integrity and class. You guys seem to have undermined that to try and get yourselfs ahead.

I'm fossilizing and it's never been that way as long as I've been alive.

My airline, United, tried to run our other United Continental Holdings airline out of business more than 20 years ago. And it was spearheaded by United employees, including the pilots: http://www.time.com/time/magazine/article/0,9171,965217,00.html

Plenty of airline pilots have flown other airlines' struck work. For a very long time.
Pilots with integrity and class? Not in our lifetimes.
