I believe it says it's 1/6th faster, or 16% faster. Still, a 30 min boarding could be reduced to a 25 mins, saving 5 min on the ground.

Thats not quite correct. It says it will be done in 1/6th of time, which means boarding in 5 min versus 30 min.

(The simulations suggest that using something like the above protocol would reduce boarding time to 1/6th of that required by the standard procedure!)
 
He never said it was an airplane with 120 seats, he said it was an airplane with 120 passengers.

OK, then -- so we've gone from bad math to a totally unrealistic assumption for his calculations. I'm not sure that that's any better.
