This is ridiculous...you can call it a "merger" or an "asset transfer" or whatever you want...I garauntee the XJ guys will be fairly integrated and will hold theyre seats in the jets..as they should...mismanagement may be decieving, but they arent stupid...they know the trouble this would cause...SEVEN is actually right, the possibility of civil suits is far too great and they will avoid that at all costs...XJ guys rest easy...I dont think this is gonna be as bad as everyone thinks...just my 2 cents though and I am an overworked and HORRIBLY underpaid 9E FO...
 
So you think this is going to turn out differently than the Colgan - PCL integration arbitration?
YES. It is obvious now that this was probably in the works for at least a year behind the scenes. That's why there has been so much stagnation in the Colgan/Pinnacle forward movement over the last year. Now that the new company is here, the process will move rather quickly.
