1) 96% is a huge number. The top 10% or so at TSA are lifers, and are understandably worried that this could be the end of the line.
2) "less than 100" voters? I'm not sure where you got that number from, but maybe you've forgotten how many pilots we've lost recently. 100 voters should be a ridiculous number... not anymore. That's one reason this contract is so important. I'm not sure how important voter turnout is, but I'm not worried. They're not going to break a strike at TSA.
3) I guarantee we will be on strike in less than six months including the cool off period if TSA doesn't step up (and let's face it, they probably won't)
